MY COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
I, Uzo Ngwu (UzoTheArtist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. The drawing you receive is for personal use only. You may not use it for logos, merchandise, or commercial work and you may not reproduce or edit it in any way without my permission. If you’re interested in commissioning me for commercial work (such as book covers, album art etc) please email me directly at uzotheartist@gmail.com.
The illustration will be delivered digitally to your email in PNG format. If you would like another format please let me know.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for completion (but it can take longer). If the commission is delayed, that will be communicated with the client.
Payment can be made through PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.
There are NO REFUNDS once I've started the piece.
Either pay 100% upfront or 50% upfront and the other 50% once the sketch has been approved.
You are allowed 2 revisions as part of the commission price (this includes revisions to the sketch or to the final piece). Additional revisions will cost extra.
I have the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable drawing.
If you post the commission anywhere, please give me credit by tagging me and/or mentioning my instagram handle (IG: @uzotheartist).
